Announcement: Response to U.S. Tariff Policy and Shipping Channel Adjustments

Thank you for your continued support and trust in Wooacry. Your participation and feedback are the driving force behind our ongoing improvement. We sincerely appreciate your patience and suggestions for optimizing our logistics services. We have been actively addressing the potential inconveniences caused by logistics and customs issues.
Recently, on April 17, 2025, the United States officially announced a new tariff policy on certain Chinese products, imposing tariffs of up to 145%, including some custom-made items. In response to this policy change, and to reduce the burden and uncertainty caused by customs clearance, we have upgraded and optimized our logistics services for U.S. orders, aiming to provide a more stable, transparent, and tax-free shipping experience.
We plan to officially implement the new logistics plan on April 25, 2025, 12:00 PM (New York time) / April 26, 2025, 12:00 AM (Beijing time). These changes will apply only to orders with a U.S. shipping address. Details are as follows:

Changes to Shipping Methods:
a) Standard Shipping (YANWEN): Due to the inability of the existing Standard Shipping service to provide full customs support, we will temporarily close the Standard Shipping (YANWEN) option for U.S. orders and will only offer Fast Shipping and Express Shipping (DHL).
b) Fast Shipping: From now on, Fast Shipping for U.S. orders will be switched from YANWEN to USPS and its official partner logistics companies (such as ZDA Express). If there are any changes to U.S. customs policies, we will adjust the logistics provider accordingly and notify you promptly.

Customs Services & Fees:
a) For Fast Shipping via USPS, the shipping fee includes customs fees. We will work with the logistics provider to assist with the customs clearance process. You will not need to pay additional customs duties. If any extra duties are required, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
b) For Express Shipping (DHL), the system will pre-collect customs fees at 145% of the product price. We will use this fee to assist with customs clearance. Since the actual customs fee is usually lower than the prepaid amount, we will assist with refunding any overpaid duties after you receive the package. Please contact support@wooacry.com or open a support ticket on Discord after receiving your package.
Shipping Fee Adjustments:
a) After switching to USPS, Fast Shipping prices have slightly increased for certain weight ranges. However, shipping costs for packages over 2kg have decreased. Overall, we have worked hard to secure affordable and reasonable shipping rates. The following is a comparison of the old and new shipping fees (in USD):

b) Express Shipping (DHL) rates remain unchanged.
Shipping Time:
a) Fast Shipping (USPS) will take 8–10 business days, depending on the customs clearance speed.
b) Express Shipping (DHL) time remains the same (2–3 business days), depending on the customs clearance speed.
Package Tracking:
a) For Fast Shipping via USPS, tracking information will be available on the USPS website (usps.com). Please do not use the Yanwen website for tracking. Since the shipments originate from China, domestic tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update. After reaching U.S. customs, USPS will update the latest tracking info.
b) For Express Shipping (DHL), tracking information is available on the DHL website (dhl.com).
Important Notes:
a) This adjustment applies only to U.S. orders. Orders from other countries/regions are not affected.
b) For orders placed before April 26 (GMT+8) that selected Standard Shipping (Yanwen), we will automatically upgrade your order to Fast Shipping (USPS), and we will cover the additional shipping cost difference.
c) Yanwen Shipping temporarily suspended: Due to the changes in U.S. customs policy, we will no longer use Yanwen for U.S. orders. If the policy changes again, we will update you and adjust accordingly.
d) Restrictions on Liquid Items: USPS does not allow liquid items for shipping, which includes custom ink stamps. Similarly, DHL also does not ship liquids, so ink stamps are still restricted. However, the carriers will remove the inks only to ship the stamps.
