Wooacry VIP Membership Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 20, 2026

Welcome to the Wooacry VIP Membership Program. This Membership Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between Wooacry (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the individual user (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) regarding your participation in our membership programs and the utilization of associated benefits. By purchasing a membership, earning points, or accessing any VIP privileges, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms herein.

1. Membership Tiers and Eligibility

Wooacry maintains a three-tiered membership structure designed to reward user loyalty and spending:

1.1 Standard Member: This status is automatically granted to all users upon successful account registration on the Wooacry platform.

1.2 VIP Member: This status is acquired through the payment of a $39 USD annual membership fee. The status is valid for 365 days from the moment of activation.

    1.3 SVIP Member: This status is granted to users whose cumulative spending reaches or exceeds $5,000 USD within a calendar year period (January to December).

    • 2026 Special Provision: Any user who reaches the $5,000 USD spending threshold at any time within the 2026 calendar year will immediately be upgraded to SVIP status for the remainder of 2026.
    • 2027 Eligibility: SVIP status for the 2027 calendar year will be determined and activated on January 1, 2027, based on the total cumulative spending recorded during the 2026 calendar year.

    2. Membership Fees and Wallet Credits

    2.1 VIP Enrollment Fee: The annual fee for VIP Membership is $39 USD. This fee is non-refundable as it pertains to the activation of digital services.

    2.2 Promotional Store credit Activity: For a period of 60 days commencing from the official launch date of the membership system, the $39 USD enrollment fee will be credited back to the Member’s Wooacry Wallet.

    • Processing: Credits are issued to the user’s wallet within minutes of successful payment.
    • Usage and Deduction: Wallet credits from this promotion are applied exclusively toward the “Product Subtotal” of an order. A maximum of 20% of the Product Subtotal is deductible per transaction. The system does not support custom deduction percentages.
    • Validity Period: The $39 USD credit issued through this specific launch promotion has no expiration date. It remains valid for the duration of the account’s existence and is forfeited only upon account deletion.

    2.3 Refund Distribution Policy: In the case of an order refund, all funds are returned to their original payment sources. Any portion of an order paid via Store Credit or Wallet balance is refunded directly to the Member’s Wooacry Wallet. Refunded credits remain non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and ineligible for cash exchange.

    3. Discounts and Store Credit Rewards

    3.1 Fixed Discounts: Members are entitled to a permanent discount on the Product Subtotal (excluding shipping fees) of every order placed during the term of their membership:

    • VIP Members: 8% discount.
    • SVIP Members: 10% discount.
    • Stackability: These discounts may be combined with exactly one (1) additional promotional coupon. There is no minimum purchase requirement for the application of these discounts.

    3.2 Spending Store Credit: Members earn rewards based on the “Actual Paid Amount” (the final total including shipping after all discounts and coupons are applied):

    • VIP Members: 1% store credit to the Wooacry Wallet.
    • SVIP Members: 2% store credit to the Wooacry Wallet.
    • Accrual Logic: Store credit will remain in a “Pending” status upon payment and will be released to the Member’s Wallet immediately upon the Member’s confirmation of order receipt. Store credit rewards are non-withdrawable and subject to the same usage restrictions as defined in Section 2.2.

    4. Woo Points (WP) Loyalty Program

    4.1 Accrual Rates: Points are calculated based on the Actual Paid Amount of each transaction:

    • Standard Members: $1 USD = 1 WP.
    • VIP Members: $1 USD = 1.5 WP.
    • SVIP Members: $1 USD = 2 WP.

    Points remain “Pending” until the order is confirmed by the user.

    4.2 Supplemental Earning Channels:

    • Registration: All accounts receive a one-time bonus of 100 WP.
    • Product Reviews: Submitting an approved review (minimum 50 words and 3 original images) earns a base reward of 50 WP, subject to the Member’s tier multiplier (e.g., VIP earns 75 WP). This reward is limited to one (1) submission per account per day.
    • Discord Binding: Successfully linking a Wooacry website account to the official Wooacry Discord server earns a one-time base reward of 500 WP, subject to the Member’s tier multiplier.

    4.3 Expiry and Dormancy: WP are non-transferable and hold no cash value. Points remain valid as long as the account is active. If an account remains inactive (no logins, designs, orders, or point earnings) for 12 consecutive months, 30% of the total WP balance will be deducted.

    5. Premium Support and Value-Added Services

    5.1 Tiered Support:

    • Standard Users: Access to standard support via email, website live chat, and community tickets, processed in chronological order.
    • Co-VIP (2025 Beta Users): Continued access to the dedicated Discord VIP Ticket channel.
    • VIP/SVIP Members: Access to exclusive 1:1 support via Telegram. Identity verification is required; non-members are ineligible for this channel.

    5.2 Point Redemption for Services: Members may redeem WP for virtual services. Redemption is not automatic and requires contacting customer support with a valid Order ID.

    • Expedited Production (1,500 WP): Prioritizes one (1) order in the production queue.
    • Professional Photography (1,800 WP): Provides ten (10) high-definition photos and one (1) high-definition video of the completed product. One (1) redemption per order.
    • Refund Policy: If services cannot be fulfilled due to Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters), the redeemed WP will be returned to the Member’s account.

    6. Term, Renewal, and Termination

    6.1 Validity: VIP membership is valid for 365 days. Renewal requires a manual payment of the $39 USD fee.

    6.2 Downgrade: SVIP members who fail to maintain the $5,000 USD annual spending threshold will be downgraded to Standard status upon the expiration of their current term unless they choose to purchase a VIP membership.

    6.3 Termination: Wooacry reserves the right to terminate any membership without refund if a user is found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of benefits, or violation of the platform’s general terms of service.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Wooacry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership program, point multipliers, or reward structures at any time, provided that notice is given via platform announcement or email. Wooacry shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the membership program.
