Acrylic Shaker Aquarium Keychains

Last week, an amazing artist from our Discord community asked about a super fun and creative idea: a portable fish tank! 🐟💧 Yep, you heard me right—a mini aquarium you can carry around as a keychain! How cool is that?

This project is actually way simpler than it sounds, and I’m here to walk you through it step by step! Ready to make your own little fishy world? Let’s dive in! 🌊

What You’ll Need:
3 Acrylic Sheets (we’re keeping it simple!)
Small Fish Acrylic Pieces 🐠
2 Transparent Nuts (these are your little fasteners)
1 Chain (to hang your mini fish tank!)

Here’s where things get extra fun! When we were working on the design, we realized that by adding different elements to the front and back of the tank, we could make the little fish look like they’re swimming in real life when you shake it! 😱💫 It’s like magic… or a tiny fishy illusion! 🎏

Okay, now let’s put this mini aquarium together! Here’s the step-by-step:

Take your 3 acrylic sheets and line them up. These will form the walls of your little fish tank.

Place your little fish acrylic pieces inside. Arrange them however you like—tiny swimming buddies everywhere! 🐟

Use the transparent nuts to fasten everything together securely.

Once everything is locked in, attach your chain so you can carry your adorable, portable aquarium with you wherever you go!
