This policy states how we handle disputes related to trademark or copyright infringement. Wooacry brand is owned by Soft Printing LLC, which provides merchandise customization services.

As a user of Wooacry, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have intellectual property rights to all pictures, design files, and other content generated by the platform or ordered through it. By accepting this warranty, you agree to indemnify us in the event of any breach and to release us from any liability that may arise as a result of such breach.

Intellectual Property Rights of Third Parties

If you provide us with artwork files that are owned by a third party we shall not be responsible for any liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses suffered or incurred by us in connection with any claim made against us for an actual or alleged infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights arising out of or in connection with our use of your specification of the products.

NSFW Content

We want to provide clarity on our guidelines regarding NSFW content to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Moving forward, we will allow a limited range of NSFW content within the following boundaries:

Permitted NSFW Content: Artistic and stylized representations that suggest sensuality and nudity without explicit or graphic detail.
Prohibited Content: Any images or content that depict visible genital nudity or explicit sexual behavior. This includes direct sexual acts or overly suggestive behavior that could be interpreted as explicit.
We ask that all submissions and content adhere to these guidelines. This policy is designed to maintain an inclusive and respectful community space.

AI-generated Content

To maintain the integrity and originality of our platform, we will no longer accept any AI-generated content, including images, text, or other media produced by artificial intelligence tools. Our focus is to support original, human-created work that showcases unique creativity and effort.

This policy helps us ensure that all submissions are authentic and align with our commitment to genuine creativity. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in upholding this standard.

If we have reason to believe that the artwork files supplied by you are not your intellectual property we have the right to cancel the contract and production of the product. Your uploaded design files are for factory production only and will not be downloaded, saved in any form, used twice, or sold in any way.
