What payment do we accept?

What cards do we accept?

We accept credit cards only.

Card Declines can happen for a variety of reasons. When we submit a charge to your bank, their automated systems determine whether or not to accept the charge. These systems take various signals into account, such as your spending habits, account balance and purchase size.

Since these signals are constantly changing, a previously successful card might be declined in the future. Even if all of the card information is correct, and you previously had a successful payment using your card, a future charge can still be declined by a bank’s overzealous fraud systems.

What should I do if my card is declined?

If all of the card information seems correct, it is best to contact your bank and ask for the charge to be accepted. They should be able to see the attempted charge, provide a reason for the decline and lift whatever restriction is preventing your purchase.

Alternatively, you could order using PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account balance, selecting PayPal during checkout will still give you an option to pay using your credit card. It’s possible that a card that was declined by our payment gateway will be accepted by PayPal, but ultimately it’s best to contact your bank to determine the root cause of the problem.

I want to check my order status.

We use the following order statuses:

Pending payment – The order has been received, but no payment has been made. Pending payment orders are generally awaiting customer action.

On hold – The order is awaiting payment confirmation which means you need to confirm payment with your bank.

Processing – Payment has been received (paid), and the order has been confirmed. The order is awaiting fulfillment.

Shipped – The order has been shipped.

Completed – Order fulfilled and complete.

Failed – The customer’s payment failed or was declined, and no payment has been successfully made.

Canceled – The order was canceled by the Wooacry Team or the customer.

Refunded – Orders are automatically put in the Refunded status when the Wooacry Team has fully refunded the order’s value after payment.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order status is ‘processing’, meaning the items you ordered are already in production.

Orders already in production or completed need to be refunded due to personal reasons, and you need to bear the cost of the part already produced.

Do you offer special discount for wholesalers?

Yes, we offer discount prices for different quantities. If you want to order more than 500 items, please feel free to contact us and ask about discount information.

Can I download the Invoice of my order?

When will I get my parcel after I pay?

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the delivery option you chose, please check the estimated shipping time on the receipt when placing your order.

How much does it cost to ship?

We have a variety of delivery options available for the safe transit of your parcels. The shipping cost varies for different types of items and weights, so we recommend that you check which delivery option are supported by your country/region when placing an order.

What delivery options do you offer?

We have a variety of delivery options available for the safe transit of your parcels. Our common delivery options are:

Economy shipping: 10-30 days

Standard shipping(in some areas): 7-15 days

Fast shipping(in some areas): 7-10 days

Note:

  1. Some areas may be delayed by local policies, the delivery time is for reference only, due to problems caused by the delivery time does not support the after-sales;
  2. We recommend that you check with delivery option and fees are supported by your country/region when you place an order.
Can I change the shipping address?

You can only change the shipping address before the package has been shipped out.

Product

Is your acrylic a recyclable material?

Acrylic is an acrylic plastic, also called Plexiglas. Acrylic plastic can be recycled, but like fiberglass, most recycling companies do not recycle acrylic plastics, and you can check with your specific recycling company for a definitive answer.

Do acrylic products have protective film?

General acrylic is not ordinarily a hardened sheet. In order to avoid scratches on the surface of the sheet, it will be covered with a layer of protective paper or protective film.

Is it normal for acrylic products to have a smell?

Our acrylic material is odorless and harmless. Recently produced acrylic products will have a smell. If it has a smell, it is recommended to leave the acrylic in a ventilated place for a few hours.

Can I print different pictures on both sides?

Some items can be printed on different double-sided, such as Acrylic keychains, Acrylic standees, and some fabric items. Please check the information on the product detail page.

Why does the item I received look like the picture is blurry?

If the picture size is too big or too small it will lead to a compression blur. Check the upload picture requirements on the product page to avoid blurry products.

Why does the color look different in person than in the preview image? Is it normal to have color difference?

The online preview prototype picture is for reference only, the physical color can not be 100% consistent with the preview rendering, there is a slight color difference is normal, if your goods have serious color difference, please contact WOOACRY team.

What is bleed?

Bleed is the line extending past the trim line. lt is an area that has the potential to be cut out ofthe print. The specific range of cutting have deviation due to the actual situation of  production. Therefore, print offset or whiteout at edges caused by bleed are not covered by our returns policy.

Can WOOACRY help me design?

We can’t help you design your merch, but we do provide some templates (borders, stickers, etc.) to help you design your merchandise.

Can you print CMYK?

No, we can only print RGB, maybe we can support CMYK in the future. WOOACRY has created a system that ensures that RGB images lose as little color gamut as possible from upload to production, restoring the true effect of the image.

What is the default packaging for each item?

We pack each item perfectly to ensure that it is not damaged during transportation. There are slight differences in packaging materials between different types of items, please check for details in product description page. 

What are the requirements for uploading images?

Different types of products have different image requirements (format, size), please check for details in product description page. 

How do I get or download preview images of a customized product?

During the process of your customized goods, Wooacry supports real-time generation of previewing, which you can directly right-click to save locally.

Is there a limit to the number of times a preview images can be downloaded?

Wooacry provides unlimited free preview image generation, you can use this feature as much as you want.

Does the mockup support commercial use?

As long as the copyright of the image belongs to the creator, the generated mockup is supported for commercial use.

After-sale

Can I return or refund?

We work extremely hard to ensure that you are 100% happy with the products that you receive from WOOACRY. On the off chance that you are unhappy with any of the products that you have received, you have up to 30 days from receipt of delivery to contact us with a clear and concise description of the problem. Please do not return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the WOOACRY team.

What should I do if I have a problem after receiving the goods?

If you receive a damaged or missing item (for non-personal reasons), please have your order number and video of the unboxing and contact WOOACRY via email in workdays (GTM+8 10:00-19:00).
