As we approach the Labor Day holiday, we would like to wish everyone a happy Labor Day. We hope you enjoy this well-deserved break!
To ensure you can continue to use our website and place orders smoothly. Please read the following important notice.
Holiday Schedule:
Holiday Dates: May 1st to May 5th, 2025 (UTC +0)
Service Team: Resume on May 6th, 2025, at 10:00 AM (UTC +0)
(For urgent matters, please submit a ticket on our Discord, and our on-duty staff will assist you within 48 hours.)
Order Info:
1) During the Holiday: You can still design and place orders.
2) Orders paid before May 1st: Production is on schedule (5-7 business days). Shipping may be delayed by 2-5 days depending on your carriers (YANWEN & USPS: delayed 2 days; DHL: delayed 5 days)
3) Orders placed between May 1st-5th: Production and shipping start on May 6th, processed in order (the earlier you place the order, the earlier it will ship).
4) Orders placed after May 6th: Production may be delayed by 1-3 days due to backlogs.
Reminders:
1) Orders can’t be modified or cancelled once paid, please refer to our after-sales policy and terms of use for more details.
