Important Update: EU Customs Tariffs Fee Policy Changes

Hey everyone, we want to share an important update regarding shipping to the European Union, following the new EU Customs Reform taking effect on July 1, 2026.
(For those unaware, under this new regulation, the EU is officially eliminating the previous €150 customs duty exemption threshold. This means all imported parcels, regardless of their value, are now subject to mandatory customs duties.)

Because custom production and cross-border shipping take time, orders placed from today onwards will arrive in the EU exactly when the new regulations are being enforced. To ensure your packages aren’t held up at customs, this policy update is effective before 2026 June 24th GMT+8. (Please note: Orders already paid for before the website updates the tariff fees will not be required to pay extra customs duties.)

Here is exactly what is changing and how we are working to protect you:

a. The €150 Threshold & What We Cover
Previously, parcels under €150 were exempt from customs duties. For orders over €150, duties were always required, but we and our shipping partners have always covered those heavy taxes for you behind the scenes.
Now that the EU has officially canceled the tax-free exemption for under €150 parcels, all imported goods are subject to mandatory customs duties. To handle this, a flat €3.00 (approx. $3.50 USD) fee will now apply to ALL orders. For orders over €150 (approx. US$175) , the actual taxes are much higher, and we will continue to cover that expensive customs fee for you!

b. We Are Absorbing the Complexity for You
The new EU regulation is actually very strict: it requires a €3 fee per item category (HS Code) inside a parcel, not per order. This means buying different types of items could quickly add up to a huge tax bill.
Instead of passing this complex and expensive calculation onto you, we are stepping in. We will only charge a simple, flat customs duty of €3.00 (approx. $3.50 USD) per order, regardless of how many different items you buy. We will cover the rest of the difference.

c. No Hidden Fees at Your Door
Please note that our current shipping rates remain unchanged. Once this flat €3.00 (approx. $3.50 USD) duty is settled at checkout, your package will clear customs smoothly, and you will not need to pay any additional customs fees or hidden charges upon delivery.

This policy strictly applies to the following 27 EU member states (A to Z):
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We are monitoring the EU customs situation very closely. If there are any updates or if exemption thresholds are reinstated in the future, we will adjust our policy immediately to pass those savings back to you.
